Calvin and Russ went on a Spring Break trip to Arkansas with 6 other seniors and their dads (14 guys total). I know they had a great time golfing, fishing and just hanging out and exploring around their cool cabin in the woods. I'll let the guys tell you a little more about their father-son trip.
We had a fantastic time on our trip down to Arkansas. We were all still on a high from the boys winning the state title a couple of days before. This picture was just off one of the tee boxes at the golf course we played.
Despite the pinpoint precision of Nash, the dads managed to eke out win.
Our cabin was perfect. It was tucked out into the woods. When we weren't golfing or fishing, the boys went exploring, played bags, or just hung out and soaked up the company.
The second day we went trout fishing on the backwaters of Table Rock Lake. We didn't have much success mostly because we are all terrible fishermen. Tucker, Chase and Nash each caught a fish. Nobody came close to their limit.
We released the fish back into the water, but I doubt they survived long considering what we put them through.
After fishing we all decided to head south and see the sights at Eureka Springs. The boys climbed the observation tower on the west side of town. Tucker was so scared he only made it halfway up.
