We made our annual trip to see Santa in his Winter Wonderland at Bass Pro this week.
We started this tradition when Violet was less than 10 pounds and the Dwyer kiddos looked like this:
My, how we've grown! And Violet was much easier to contain when she was being held in Santa's arms. She has a difficult time staying still for pictures! Overall, not bad at all, though!
Santa gave them each a candy cane and we got our picture. Then it was time to check out some of the other things to do in Santa's Wonderland.
The boys practiced their target shooting. . .
Then we all wrote our letters to Santa. Well, Violet was a little more interested in her candy cane and never actually got around to writing, but the other 3 got their letters in the mail.
Yes, Oliver is way too big for these diggers, but he had to show li'l sis how to work it, ya know.
And just in case they didn't get enough target shooting in yet, Daddy took them upstairs to the REAL fake shooting range.
After we'd had all the fun we could handle (and the boys were begging to get to Buffalo Wild Wings, which has also become a tradition after seeing Santa), we headed out. My bookends stopped to take a picture by the big gorgeous tree at the front.
Not only did we get the free print of our picture this year, but they also gave us a really cool wooden plaque to hang it on! I just love Bass Pro at Christmas!
